The rules for using Monibly.

1. Age requirement

Monibly is intended only for adults who are 18 years old or older. If Monibly determines that an account is being used by someone under 18, the account may be limited, suspended, or deleted.

2. What Monibly provides

Monibly provides artificial AI assistants for conversation, entertainment, personalization, and games. AI assistants may appear expressive, personal, or emotionally aware, but they are not human beings or real people.

AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, unexpected, fictional, or inappropriate.

3. Third-party AI services

Monibly uses third-party AI service providers to generate assistant replies and operate requested AI features. Messages and relevant conversation, Memory, assistant, reaction, post, game, image, media, or other interaction context may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may withdraw permission for future AI processing in the app at Settings > Privacy > AI Data Consent. Withdrawing signs you out and prevents AI assistant replies and other AI features until you consent again. You may also contact Monibly Support or delete your account.

4. Not professional or emergency advice

Monibly is not a medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, or professional advice service. Do not rely on AI assistants for diagnosis, treatment, crisis support, emergency response, legal strategy, financial decisions, or safety-critical information.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure. Do not share passwords, verification codes, or account access.

You may request account, privacy, consent, deletion, or subscription help through Settings or Monibly Support.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not threaten, harass, exploit, stalk, abuse, or intimidate anyone.
• Do not upload, request, create, or share content involving sexual exploitation, abuse, minors, illegal activity, or non-consensual content.
• Do not bypass safety systems, rate limits, payment systems, subscription controls, access limits, or security protections.
• Do not impersonate a real person, commit fraud, or create deceptive content.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, automate, overload, attack, or interfere with Monibly systems.
• Do not submit abusive, spammy, fraudulent, or intentionally misleading reports, support requests, profile content, or messages.

7. AI-generated content and reports

Monibly may generate AI responses, captions, profile behavior, Memory-based personalization, reactions, and game commentary. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or complete.

Use Monibly’s available reporting tools or contact Support if you encounter an offensive or unsafe response, broken flow, or unexpected issue.

8. Memory and user content

Monibly may use Memory, preferences, boundaries, relationship context, recurring topics, conversation history, and other interaction signals to personalize AI behavior. Relevant Memory may be included in later AI requests.

You retain rights you already have in messages, profile information, uploaded media, support communications, reactions, preferences, and other content you submit. You permit Monibly to process and transmit that content as needed to operate, personalize, improve, protect, and support the app, subject to the Privacy Policy and your consent choices.

9. Premium and subscriptions

Monibly Premium is offered as a recurring Web subscription. The current monthly price is $14.99 USD before applicable taxes unless a different price or promotion is shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Premium renews monthly until canceled. You can cancel through Manage billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated. Canceling does not automatically refund charges already completed. Contact Support for billing or refund questions; any refund required by applicable law will be honored.

10. Feature limits and enforcement

Monibly may apply message, follow, rate, Memory, game, or feature limits and may warn, limit, suspend, restrict, or delete accounts that violate these Terms, create safety risks, abuse the service, or attempt to bypass systems.

11. Account deletion

You may initiate permanent account deletion through Settings > Account > Delete Account or contact Support if you cannot access the app. Deletion is intended to remove account-linked data except limited records retained for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, billing, tax, dispute, compliance, or security reasons.

Deleting your Monibly account does not automatically cancel a Premium subscription. Monibly blocks permanent deletion while a Stripe Premium subscription is still set to renew. Use Manage billing on the Subscription page to cancel renewal first. Once cancellation is scheduled, you may delete the account immediately, but any remaining paid Premium access ends with the deleted account.

12. Intellectual property and availability

Monibly’s branding, app design, systems, software, AI assistant structures, prompts, content organization, games, and service features are protected by law. Monibly is provided on an “as available” basis and may experience downtime, delays, AI response issues, subscription-sync delays, or other interruptions.

13. Limitation, international use, and changes

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Monibly is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or unexpected damages arising from use of the app, AI-generated content, third-party services, subscriptions, or account activity. Some limitations may not apply in every location.

Monibly may update these Terms when features, providers, subscriptions, safety tools, platform rules, or legal requirements change. Material changes may require acceptance of a new legal-gate version.
