Your privacy matters.

1. Information Monibly collects

Monibly collects information needed to provide the app, personalize AI interactions, manage accounts and Premium access, respond to reports, and keep the service safe and reliable.

• Account information, including user ID, email address, login provider, account status, and legal-consent records.
• Profile information, including display name, bio, avatar, banner image, and profile details you choose to add.
• Chat and AI interaction data, including messages, AI responses, conversation history, and relevant interaction context.
• Memory and preference data, including saved details, recurring topics, relationship context, boundaries, and personalization signals.
• Media and AI-analysis inputs, including images or other media you choose to upload or ask an AI feature to analyze.
• Game and social activity, including game sessions, moves, scores, follows, likes, saves, reactions, media views, and assistant-profile interactions.
• Subscription information, including Premium status, renewal or expiration status, subscription provider, and purchase-related identifiers.
• Support, report, and safety information, including issue categories, content identifiers, notes, and screenshots you choose to provide.
• Technical and usage information, including diagnostics, app errors, device or platform information, and service events needed for reliability and security.

Optional first-party browser analytics is off until you allow it. It records coarse referring-site categories, AI-page journeys, preview/authentication steps, and confirmed notification returns using a random tab-session identifier. Events do not contain chat text, names, email addresses, full referrer URLs or advertising identifiers. A preview record may be linked to its saved conversation to measure continuation without copying its contents. Change your browser choice at /analytics-preferences or Settings > Privacy > Usage Analytics. Optional event records are kept for 90 days and pruned daily. Browser privacy signals are respected. Separate internal reports summarize operational records already used to provide accounts, previews, conversations and notification delivery. A server-keyed, temporary network hash protects the optional-event endpoint from abuse; raw network addresses are not stored in these analytics tables.

2. How Monibly uses information

• To create, authenticate, and manage your account.
• To provide AI assistant replies, Memory, media analysis, reactions, games, and other requested features.
• To personalize assistant behavior through relevant conversation, preferences, and Memory context.
• To enforce Free and Premium limits and confirm paid access.
• To process support requests, reports, deletion requests, and subscription help.
• To detect and investigate abuse, fraud, security issues, technical problems, or policy violations.
• To improve service reliability, user experience, and AI response quality.
• To comply with legal, safety, payment, platform, and service requirements.

3. Third-party AI services

Monibly uses third-party AI service providers to generate assistant replies and operate requested AI features. Information sent for an AI request may include your current message and relevant conversation, Memory, assistant, reaction, post, game, image, media, or other interaction context needed for that feature.

These service providers process information only as needed to provide services to Monibly. Not every provider receives every interaction. Monibly does not sell personal chat messages as a standalone product.

4. Consent and your choices

Before entering the authenticated app, Monibly asks you to confirm that you are 18 or older, accept the Terms and Privacy Policy, and consent to the third-party AI processing described in this policy. Selecting Accept and Continue records that consent before AI features are used.

You may withdraw permission for future AI processing in the app at Settings > Privacy > AI Data Consent. Withdrawing signs you out and prevents AI assistant replies and other AI features until you consent again. You may also contact Monibly Support or delete your account.

5. Memory and personalization

Memory may save or use relevant details, preferences, recurring topics, relationship context, boundaries, and moments that improve continuity. Relevant Memory may be included in later AI requests when it helps provide the requested experience.

Memory does not mean an AI assistant is human, conscious, or emotionally aware.

6. Other service providers

Monibly uses service providers that help operate authentication, accounts, databases, storage, subscriptions, payments, support, security, and infrastructure.

Monibly requires service providers to handle information under applicable agreements, privacy terms, and legal requirements that provide the same or equivalent protection required for Monibly’s service.

7. Subscriptions and payments

Web subscription purchases are processed by Stripe. Stripe may present supported payment methods such as cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay depending on availability. Monibly does not store your complete payment-card details.

Deleting your Monibly account does not automatically cancel a Premium subscription. Monibly blocks permanent deletion while a Stripe Premium subscription is still set to renew. Use Manage billing on the Subscription page to cancel renewal first. Once cancellation is scheduled, you may delete the account immediately, but any remaining paid Premium access ends with the deleted account.

8. Data retention and deletion

Monibly keeps information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the app, maintain account and subscription access, resolve reports, protect safety, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and operate the service.

You can initiate permanent account deletion from Settings > Account > Delete Account or contact Monibly Support if you cannot access the app. Account deletion is intended to remove your profile, conversations, messages, saved content, Memory, preferences, game records, and other account-linked data, except limited records retained for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, billing, tax, dispute, compliance, or security reasons.

9. Safety and sensitive information

Please do not share passwords, verification codes, payment-card or banking information, private government identification numbers, emergency information, or other highly sensitive personal information with AI assistants.

Monibly is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, or safety services.

10. International processing and security

Monibly and its service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. Privacy rights may vary depending on where you live.

Monibly uses reasonable safeguards to protect account and app data. No app, network, database, provider, or transmission method is perfectly secure.

11. Changes and contact

Monibly may update this policy when features, providers, subscriptions, safety tools, or legal requirements change. Material changes may require acceptance of a new legal-gate version.
